All claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of your order. Only returns of defective merchandise will be accepted. Prior authorization for returns must be obtained from Working Class Studio; returned items will be replaced with new merchandise upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise held for more than 30 days is not returnable.
All orders are final. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged after the order is placed regardless of whether or not the items have been shipped. No exceptions.
We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. You will be notified of any shipping delays beyond 10 business days. Most items are in stock, however, delivery of some products is dependent upon production.
All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Ground and incur the following flat rate shipping charges per order: order subtotal shipping charge
$100 to $250 – $25.00
$250 to $500 – $50.00
$500 to $750 – $75.00
more than $750 – $100.00
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and overseas destinations, please allow at least 10 business days for delivery. Orders can be shipped to most international destinations, however, additional shipping charges and extended delivery time may be required.
Due to excess weight or size, extra shipping charges may apply to some orders. Customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipment. Customers wishing to use a different method of shipping must choose to do so when the order is placed. Items ordered will be shipped together unless arrangements for as-ready shipments are noted.

All initial opening orders with Working Class Studio must be placed with a credit card. Credit card and billing information must be obtained upon placement of the order. Working Class Studio currently accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Net 30 payment terms may be arranged after the initial order is placed and shipped. Credit references are required.
