delivery information We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. You will be notified of any shipping delays beyond 10 business days. Most items are in stock, however timing of some products is dependent upon manufacturing schedule and may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. shipping As of August 2008, all shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground and will incur the following flat rate shipping charges: $100 to $250 = $25.00 $250 to $500 = $50.00 $500 to $750 = $75.00 over $750 = $100.00 Customers wishing to use a different method of shipping must choose to do so when the order is placed. Items ordered will be shipped together unless arrangements for as-ready shipments are noted. taxes Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total for any order without a copy of a resale certificate or tax identification number. Please fax documentation to 912.525.6997. payment terms As of August 2008, all initial opening orders with Working Class Studio must be placed with a credit card. Credit card and billing information must be obtained upon placement of the order. Working Class Studio currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Net 30 payment terms may be arranged after the initial order is placed and shipped. Credit references required. order cancellation All orders are final. A 10 percent cancellation fee will be charged after the order is placed regardless of whether or not the items have been shipped. No exceptions. return policy All claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of your order. Only returns of defective merchandise will be accepted. Prior authorization for returns must be obtained from Working Class Studio and will be replaced with new merchandise upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise held for more than 30 days is not returnable. |
